Use this simple seasoning blend to use with chicken, fish, dips, and salad dressings! It’s Whole30, Keto, Vegan and gluten free friendly.

  • High Speed Blender or Food Processor


  • 2 Tbsp Dried Parsley
  • 2 Tbsp Dried Chives
  • 1.5 Tbsp Onion Flakes
  • 1.5 Tbsp Dried Dill
  • 1 Tbsp Pink Sea Salt if substituting table salt, use ~3/4 tbsp
  • 2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Dried Lemon or Chili Powder both optional


  1. Add all the seasonings to a small dish or jar. Mix well.
  2. Add all the ingredients to a blender and pulse until the mixture is broken down into a powder.
  3. Store in an airtight container until you’re ready to use it!
